Users can copy emails to other addresses themselves, using the Smartmail interface.
You can use the manageseive filter system to filter all emails to another email
- navigate to the webmail https://smartmailhq.com
- log in to your account
- go to personal settings > filters
- make sure the manageseive filter set is selected
- click the plus icon below the filters column
- create a filter to copy all emails to a selected address
- give the filter a name then select incoming mail: all messages
- select send a message copy to in the execute the following actions field, then add the email address you are copying to
- save the filter
All incoming emails will be copied to the selected email address. you can change or add at any time
Send a test email from another account just to make sure it is working
